Is rush hour bugged?

I was wondering if the rush hour was working on the everfree forest map, so i tried to make some tests.

But the time bonus doesn’t seem to work correctly on the plants :/ I don’t have exact numbers but i’m pretty sure it’s not behaving correctly.

Does anypony else have info on this ?

Thanks in advance
