Wellabe Medigap Plan G price increase discrepancy

We just received notice in the US mail today that our Wellabe Medico Medigap Plan G coverage will increase from $186.95 per month to $222.46 per month. But the medicare.gov website shows this coverage increasing to $193 per month.

Which one should I believe? And why do they send this notice out a few days before open enrollment ends?
