Help with maximizing level 180 Ice

Hey guys honestly a bit disappointed I am almost done farming and crafting the Darkmoor abomination gear(my goal is to maximize dps/pierce that’s why I decided to just go with the full abomination set) however after calculating the accuracy and power pip stat, it puts me at 99% accuracy and 99% for power pips smh. Not sure what KI’s deal is lol, as you know when something is not a 100% it’s bound to fail(fail pip/fizzling). Only the Amulet gives one triangle slot and not sure If I should slot a power pip jewel or an accuracy jewel? For my fellow ice wiz’s that has achieved 100% in both, can y’all help me on how to achieve that? Would I have to replace one of the abomination pieces with another piece of gear? Or is there something else I can do?
