Senior Staff Accountant of nearly 4 years looking to make a move

hey, all---I've been a senior staff accountant with a focus on FP&A at the same org for almost 4 years (for 2 years prior, I was a regular Staff Accountant, who focused on the Accounting side).

considering a lot of different moves, but since I've only done FP&A at the one place and it's all very particular and industry specific (my Accounting background dates back to before 2014, and is a lot more varied), I kind of feel compelled to do some formal FP&A ed before I head out. the trouble is, I have no clue where to start looking.

should I go with a bunch of little certificates/a class or two, or a more robust program?

also, looks kind of like a ($5k!) sham, but I got a random linkedin message from a Wharton Online/Wall Street Prep recruiter for their FP&A Certificate program---anyone know anything about this (https://www.wallstreetprep.com/knowledge/wharton-fpa-certificate-program-review-is-it-worth-it/)
