what if, and this is a long one.

What if you steal something from someone, block them, technically scamming them, but they are mad, so they pull the craziest move possible. They go to this sub, search the username, find the user, and report them for scamming. Will the person who scammed off-sub get banned? (i thought of this at 3am yesterday)
