Issues with promotions every time.

I’ve now tried to order during three different promotions and have had issues every single time. I finally reached out to customer service about one of them today and they repeatedly told me the offer never existed and they had no idea what I was talking about. I get off the phone and start digging in my email to find the offer. Started a chat with them and provided screenshots of the offer and they said they’d apply it to my account, but in doing so have instead removed a credit I had on my account.

I also couldn’t order for the Cyber Monday sale yesterday, and they said they were having technical difficulties but now the sale has ended.

Is it pointless to order from them? Wondering if I should just start ordering elsewhere or if I’m just having a bought of bad luck.
