Need some sh scars healing advice

Ok so I have many sh scars on my arms even thighs but that's not a problem bcz I wear pants😭. So few months ago I was in a public transport and thus lady and her daughter were constantly looking at my arms and talking which made me really conscious. I was all sweet and kind to them also offered my seat which they took and they were doing it infact smirking while talking like I could understand what they were saying. Winters me to its a blessing that I get to wear full sleeves n all but jan me farewell h and blouse ke sath to my arms would be visible any advice??
