Pregnancy, OHP+, new job?

I recently found out I was pregnant, I have OHP+ and it renews at the end of this year. I updated my Oregon one account to reflect the pregnancy w/ the due date. I’m planning on getting a full time job until I’m unable to work anymore. I have moderate gastroparesis that’s mainly induced from nervous system dysfunction due to years of undiagnosed neurodivergence, so holding a job is super difficult for me. I’m willing to work for as long as I can until I just can’t. I wanted to double check though, would OHP+ kick me off their plan if I were to get a full time job for a few months? I would deny insurance through any companies that might offer, but are there any risks of being booted off my insurance? TYIA
