i’m childfree because i just… don’t want to be a mom

it seems a lot of childfree people are childfree for bigger reasons like society, the way this world is, climate change etc. but that’s not it for me, i genuinely just don’t want kids. i have no desire for it, and people do not understand this because ‘women are naturally supposed to have kids’. every other childfree woman i know would want kids if circumstances were better. it doesn’t help that i apparently have ‘tradwife’ hobbies and ‘tradwife’ style so people assume i’m a conservative who wants to be a mom whilst i’m actually a raging leftist😭i do not want to parent, i do not want to raise anyone, i do not want to be responsible for anyone, nothing about having kids seems fun to me, not even the supposedly ‘fun’ parts seem fun to me. i just don’t want kids i have no DESIRE to and i’m tired of having to defend myself.
