Weird heartburn feeling up the neck and in my head

I’ve never had this happen before so I was a little alarmed. I rarely get heart burn like less than 4 times a year. Last night I had heart burn and can’t think of what caused it and took 2 tums before bed bc it was so painful. Today after lunch (leftovers from dinner 2 days ago which I had no issues with then) I had painful heartburn that radiated into my upper back up my neck and into my head that felt like heartburn but as a headache it was so painful and went away after a few minutes maybe lasted less than 5 minutes. I’ve had ice picks and migraines before and it wasn’t that it was heartburn but instead of my chest it was my head. I see a PT and will mention this to her tomorrow when I see her I’m not sure if my neck hurting had anything to do with it but it freaked me out. Has anyone else had this happen or know what I’m trying to describe?
