What do I do if I have trust issues with everyone I date??

It feels like every statement and compliment is a lie, I feel constantly pushed away no matter what I do. I have been in several relationships with both boys and girls and nothing changed. Is it something about me? Can other people give their opinion and maybe share experiences and let me know im not just crazy...?
