I’m worried

I have had a dull ache that comes in goes in my left testicle for a bout a month now. This week I noticed that the pain got worse. I did a thorough self exam in the shower and saw that my left testicle is bigger than my right one and there is a lump but it’s not hard at all and is squishy but hurts when I touch it. Do you guys have any thoughts?
