First time PC double check help plz

Hey currently attempting to pick out a list of parts for a PC, first time building but not owning. Currently using PC part picker and the list is pcpartpicker.com/list/NK9cdb I don't have anyone who can tell how good this list is. I would appreciate feedback/warnings/any tips.

The PC is right at my price point and I do hope to be able to use this setup to upgrade in the future.
