Hackensack Water Cost

My relatives are paying $60/m for water in Hackensack. It’s a small house, 3 bed, 1.5 bath with 2 adults. Isn’t that a bit high? I am paying 80-90 per quarter in Essex and I have a slightly bigger place with more people under the same roof.

They don’t know how to use Reddit so I volunteered to help them ask here. Is water just expensive in Hackensack?
