Can you use a Google form to get more detailed/varied responses to surveys?

I do NSFW art and have around 70 free members and 30 paid. But since I do NSFW, when I survey my followers, I don't get a lot of comments, just people filling out the polls.

This is fine, but I feel like some of them might be too shy to talk about the NSFW stuff they like? And I also feel like nobody really uses the DMs on Patreon to tell me stuff privately, even though I've directed them to do so? They might feel like they're bothering me or something.

However, I'm afraid that referring to things outside of Patreon or what Patreon can see is against ToS. I know that if you direct people to content that Patreon cannot confirm is abiding by their ToS, then that can be ban-worthy. But does this count? Has anyone tried implementing a survey system like this?

I want people to be honest about my work, without feeling like they're blasting me in public and/or too shy to talk openly about NSFW, while also providing a convenient way to do so without feeling like they have to do something direct like DM me.
