Please allow us to queue for all queues at once

Currently in NA premium and super match queue times are insane. I'd love to play high stakes, but I'm not waiting 30 minutes. I'm sure queue times would go down if players were able to say 'screw it put me in anything'.

Obviously you'd still need premium, but I'm sure many other verified premium players are having the same issues, and aren't queueing for it because they don't want to wait. I know this wouldn't be as easy as I've implied, but I think it's necessary for the health of the NA scene, especially after the changes made (that I actually like) in s7.

NA usually has less than 200 queuing at once when I play. Open the floodgates, the player count is simply too low to lock players into different pens. Give priority to premium members for supermatch and premium match, but if there's not enough in queue after 5 mins or so, throw us in regular please.
