ThankYou points after downgrading Citi Strata Premier to Custom Cash

I just downgraded my Citi Strata Premier to Custom Cash. The Strata Premier used to convert to cashback at a 0.75 dollarcent per point rate, whereas my other old Custom Cash card converts at 1 cent per point. What can I expect to happen to my remaining ThankYou Points on the Strata Premier turned Custom Cash? Right now if I try to transfer out the cash back they still convert at the 0.75 rate, will these old points "remember" that rate or can I expect to transfer them at the 1 cent rate in a few days?
