DoorDash running a scam

Hey, I just wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this in the past if you canceled your order DoorDash had a pop up message saying that if you cancel the order, you will only get a certain amount of your money back I don’t know if anyone has noticed it recently, but if you try to cancel your order for whatever reason it will give you the option to refund your money in either credits or back to the original payment method. I recently did this because my order was taking too long and I just wanted to order something else so I selected receiving DoorDash credits and a $20 amount that I spent for my food I only got $1.13 back no warning popped up telling me that would be the amount or anything. I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this because when I called DoorDash, they said that they can’t do anything about it so not only did I cancel my order because it was taking too long but now I’m also out of money.
