Blurring/ mattifying primer.

Hello, I’m dealing with crazy skin sensitivities and wearing foundation is no longer an option, I’m looking to simplify and hoping to find a primer that will be enough to help me feel put together. I have a medium skin tone and dry skin, the only think my skin dose not hate is emu oil and tallow. This leaves me looking overly shiny, if I had a primer I could be happy with a glass skin look, right now it’s more grease ball. Thanks for any recommendations.
