Sciatic Endo Still Hurts 4 days post op

I am now 4 days post op from my stage 3 endometriosis excision, and I’m very sore today. I’m concerned because the sciatic pain that drove me to get the surgery seemed to be gone (the first few days) and now today after walking around and doing some laundry, my hip and leg are hurting again. Is it normal that the nerve would still be inflamed if she had to excise deep endo?
