Overtime preload and PVD

I've been working just preload for almost a year and a half. This year I signed up to be a PVD. I start preload at 5:30 am we all get a 10 minute break after the 1st trailer, usually around 7am. After that we continue preload and I clerk until all the drivers leave. I then back in my vehicle then deliver packages until about 1 to 1:30pm. Should I be getting overtime after 5 hours everyday, and am I missing out on any extra pain breaks?
