Is it possible to apply for new tasks?

Hello sorry if this has been answered but I cannot seem to find it on the dashboard or website, I was accepted for the V2 transcribe task 5 days ago but it seems to be on a break or already ended, I've seen there are other tasks under the same company, are we chosen randomly? or can we apply for them.
