Should I stay or should I leave?

[Serious decision]

I 23F have a child I'm a single parent but currently seeing someone in a serious relationship. Who I have been in a committed relationship with for 9 months, and known for longer guesstimate would be about a year and a half.

I'm currently living with my mother and my stepfather which causes me to walk on eggshells. Generally I hate living here I hate them coming home I hate them coming out of their room I dread everyday I have to spend with them. I do not have a job currently but for 3 years I was the only one working and paid about 42k towards rent utilities etc. we made a deal I'd preform most of the cooking cleaning and basic care of the house since I am no longer working and now a sahm. Great fantastic right? Wrong.

When I originally moved in with them even when I was working I still helped/did a majority of the cleaning by myself. I also took care of their animals for them. Now that I'm no longer working I'm still doing all of the cooking, cleaning, taking care of medication, animals, health in general, plus my child and everything in between. I'm the one who uses my food stamps to put all of the food in the house for everyone yet they horde theirs to themselves for drinks, snacks, etc. for them. Plus I give another 600 towards rent utilities etc. on top of doing everything at the house.

I'm belittled constantly, insulted, disrespected, they are trying to take control of how I raise my child, watched on cameras they installed in their house, and they don't do a single thing to help in the past year alone they have cleaned 3 times. And cooked 2 times. All other times I'm the one doing everything. And yet with everything I do it's never enough.

But the person I'm with wants me and my child to move in with him and he's absolutely amazing with my child and all of their needs doesn't need to help but will help me with medicine for myself my child, or just talk to me to calm me down etc.

I'm trying to figure out should I actually leave or just put up with it longer?
