What rooms should I request for AKL and Contemporary?

Checking in NYE! Staying main tower at Contemporary and Savanna view at AKL. Are there any recommendations you might have for me on a room or area to request at either resort? I frequently see people talking about which rooms to book. Thanks in advance.
