Stripped screw & New filament clicking noise

Hi I just bought a CCwent to put new filament into the printer it seemed more difficult the usual and now when I am trying to extrude there’s a clicking noise, is that an indication of a clog in the extruder? Also when trying to remove the extruder from the casing I believe the left screw is stripped. I tried all the Alan keys from the packaging and it won’t grab. One on the right screws out just fine. Any suggestions?
