What would be the best tactic for Watford?

i just started an online save with my friend, he is playing as swansea and I am playing as watford, he won 3 of his first 3 matches and I won zero. I tried some tactics that are meant to be op, but they just doesnt work, so now Im at the bottom of the table, when we were supposed to both promote. please help lol. also im using mike best training schedule, and Knap azzure26 set piece tactics, also tried 2 tactics from Knap, the 451 speed demon i believe and higway star 4231
