IndiGo International Business Stretch Queries

Hi, I will be travelling on IndiGo from Manchester (MAN) to Amritsar (ATQ) (connection via Delhi) soon, I have selected business stretch for this itinerary. Can anyone who has travelled this route recently let me know what the onboard menu is?

Secondly, my return will be via Mumbai (ATQ-BOM-MAN). I understand business stretch passengers are invited to the Adani lounge, these passes are normally provided during check in, but as I will start my journey from Amritsar, would this be provided here, or would I need to acquire this somehow in Mumbai?
