Has anyone seen this before from gel manicures?

Curious, if anyone has had this before after doing gel / shellac manicures? It doesn’t hurt at all, but it just looks like my skin is peeling as if there was a blister there (but there was no blister).

I have been giving myself gel manicures for a while and have never had an issue as I use HEMA-free products and I’m very careful not to get any on my skin.

The other strange thing is that it’s only on the inside of my middle finger and ring finger (where they meet). It could be totally unrelated, but I’m just wondering if anyone has ever had this before as I can’t seem to find anything like it online.

And apologies for the pruny fingers, I just came out of the shower when I noticed it!
