Dummy ate a piece of mulch

So, Steve is a garbage hunter and I feed him on the plastic lid of the container I used to shake his food up when I dust it.

He grabbed the cricket, but dropped it off the lid and grabbed for it again.

But as I mentioned, he’s a garbage hunter and missed, but grabbed a small thin “stick” of mulch that was mixed in the reptisoil. I couldn’t grab it quick enough before he swallowed it

I’ve now convinced myself it’s going to perforate his GI tract because of it.

Suggestions what I need to watch out for? He chewed it for a bit before swallowing it so I’m hopeful he at least broke it into smaller pieces.

He ate about 4-5 crickets and a super worm afterwards so hopefully that will be enough to help push it through safely.

I’m probably not gonna sleep for about a week now dressing about him 😑
