Why is my “oil pressure low” light even though I got an oil change yesterday? 2016 Jeep Cherokee

Yesterday I got an oil change (it was very overdue I knowww I knowww shame on me) and prior to the oil change I got the “oil pressure low” light so I googled it and it had me scared. It was like “pull over immediately and get towed to an auto shop to prevent serious engine damage!!” I didn’t do that but I DID drive straight to the Take 5 oil change. The light went away, I thought all was well. Fast forward to the next day, today, and I’m driving delivering pizzas for work. The light comes back on!! Should I be scared? Am I safe to drive this car right now?
