Question

I got a perma banned account in LoL WR half a year ago for "cheating or some kind of not allowed programs" and as far as I know if someone cheating and have a mate playing with cheater he's also going to get banned. So recently i got motivation to keep up trying to unban my account and found that no one ever hacked my acc or something only my games on Gwen and few other games on sertain champs.

Total games played on my account also confirm my thoughts... I have 375 games in total and 370 games with my Gf (we never played separately). And she isn't banned which means that I never was flagged as a cheater?? But still why Riot support is said to me that weird reason?
