Turkey carving “?

Bit of a strange question.. my mom is cooking a Christmas turkey this year but my uncle who usually carves the turkey can’t make it. She wants as little responsibility as possible and doesn’t want to do it herself as her father (my grandfather) recently passed away as well. How would we go about getting someone to come over just to carve the turkey properly? (Paid of course)
