Tiktok Shop Merchant Of Record service(ExpandNow?)

Hi guys,

We are an Aussie based ecommerce beauty business that is wanting to expand into Tiktok Shop. It appears through my research that Tiktok shop has been getting very strict with foreign businesses that apply using an LLC and are not actually based in the USA. During my research i came across a service from ExpandNow which is a Merchant Of Record service where you can sell through their Tiktok shop if im not mistaken. Has anyone come across this themselves? or have tried a similar service?

Would really love to hear more about this or any foreign entities that have tried to somehow get into the US Tiktok shop

Thanks
