U doing Cardio Rehab , should I ??

I’m deciding or not to do the Cardio Rehab after my Dec 9 2025 cardiac arrest/heart attack with 2 stints !!! Should I do it ? What’s involved? What’s your experience? Save the copays ?? Thanks in advance!
