List of questions regarding hybrids

Is it true that Hybrids don’t actually derive their strength from the fear of a devil and more from the strength & experience of the wielder? I’m asking this since Quanxi was that fast as the crossbow Hybrid due to her physical speed, and Pochita’s weakening didn’t seem to affect Denji (who appeared even stronger in Part 2).

Could the other Weapon Devils have more abstract abilities? Maybe Pochita’s just a special case, but I wondered if there were more abstract ways you could manifest the fear of bombs or spears that weren’t as direct as brute-force.

Does being a Hybrid grant someone a higher ceiling for physical-improvement or does it only give someone the ability to get strong faster? For clarification, this question is asking about whether all humans in CSM could theoretically get to Quanxi’s level of superhuman abilities but are limited by their lack of regeneration healing muscles (or is Quanxi just like that?)
