Katie's probable cause affidavit is a lot longer than Sigfredo's. It's 17 pages, and includes much more detailed evidence. It reads like a mock trial.

I'm not sure why the State felt the need to lay out their whole case in order to indict Katie. But it's likely because Willie Meggs was so reluctant to pursue justice in this case.

I put the first 3 pages in the comments below. These pages apply verbatim to Wendi Adelson, and the State can just cut and paste them into Wendi's indictment.
