Multiple rotting seals near Harbor lighthouse - going on 1 month now

Hi, There are two large decomposing Harbor Seal corpses right next to the Harbor lighthouse that have been there for 3 weeks to a month. One is a little ways up the beach, the other partially on the rocks. They are obviously decomposing and smell horrific. Myself and others who frequent the area have called all the relevant numbers we can find and left voicemails as soon as they washed up, to no avail. Are Long Marine Lab and Marine Mammal Center no longer performing this service? Anyone have any insight? Cheers
