Lost 90 Pounds. "Too skinny" now according to friends and family.

ADVICE PLEASE 🤔

I've struggled with my weight since a teenager, started Tirzepatide in February of this year and lost 90 pounds in 9 months, feeling incredible. For the first time in forever I've been confident enough to be shirtless, felt good in my clothes, and constant food noise/binge eating has completely disappeared. However, it's been pretty upsetting this past month, my entire family has been asking me if I'm on hard drugs, friends and colleagues are asking if I'm okay, saying I'm too skinny, that I look sick, look like a junkie, etc. After being told I'm too fat for my entire life to finally feel good about myself just to be told I went too extreme the other way has been kinda hard on me.

Regardless, I won't lie and say I don't see what they mean. I've been working out regularly while on the medication however all of my muscle mass has basically disappeared these past 2 months. I'm practically skin and bones. My eyes are sunken in. My doctor has lowered my dose and told me to switch to injecting once a month instead of weekly.

Has anyone else dealt with this? How difficult is it to put on muscle while on the medication? I still want a lean body just would like some muscle definition so I don't look so scrawny and "sickly" i guess.
