Very visible veins

Hi I've had visible flat veins (primarily on my limbs) my whole life that I can remember. I'm noticing that my son does too - basically head to toe. Does anyone else have visible veins all over since birth or childhood? We are light skinned but not extraordinarily pale. Never thought about it until wondering if it's common to be born with them
