If you have a 4mo, how long are you feeding per day total?

Hi! If you happen to have a baby who is about 4 months old and keep track of your feedings through the day, how many do you have and how much time total feeding? I worry I’m not feeding him enough since he eats now this tiny meals like 5 min long sometimes! He is also eating through the night at least 3 times if not more (we believe we are also going through the 4 mo regression)
