Getting into the League late, casual player

Been busy these past few weeks and I'm thinking about getting into the league. I'm a casual player, maybe 2 to 3 hours every other day. 5 or 6 on weekends if I'm lucky.

I also play on console. I DO have a PC but my GPU wants to vomit when I get to dense mobs in maps.

Any preferred or advice on builds?

I have played RF, I'm just worried about boss damage etc. I have also played SRS, and played VFoS last league.
