Recommendations for nice knife set

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good knife set (for personal use)? Most recommendations seem to focus on meat and obviously, that’s not important to us. We’d be using it for basic things like cutting vegetables and fruits, but also, vegan sushi, breads, possibly cutting homemade pasta shapes, veggie burgers, etc. We are lookig for a really nice set that will last.
