CV For delivering “wrong order” WITH THE CUSTOMER’S NAME ON IT

Seriously what’s the point of selecting “can’t verify items” if I get a contract violation regardless? This lady ordered some burgers. I got a stapled brown paper bag with her EXACT name on it including last initial. Delivered and she called and said it was wrong. I directed her to DD support because it was a sealed and I’m not able to verify. Five minutes later I get hit with a CV because the restaurant messed up?Wtf?
