2007 Buick Lucerne with some kind of electric issue

My car has been having weird electrical issues lately. I thought I fixed them all by replacing an alternator that completely gave up on me but now, when revving up past 3000 pm my dash lights and headlights seem to rhythmically flicker. The higher I rev it, the faster it flickers. Any ideas what could be happening?
