Noise-Cancelling/Budget-Friendly

Does anyone know of any good quality noise-cancellation wireless headphones? I don’t want ones that break the bank (say, $300+ is out of my price range), but I want to be able to listen to music while there is a decent amount of background noise (think typical household noise, or a car radio).

My current pair are Bose (not exactly certain on the model), they’re decent, but too much outside sound gets through them, and I’m sure by now I can get better sound quality as well.
