SmartFind Question

Hello All!

I am fairly new to subbing and using Smart Find Express.

On Monday I picked up a job for tomorrow, 11:30-3:30, but this evening I fell sick and I know it will carry into tomorrow. I cancelled the job at 6 pm tonight (so over 12 hours before the start of the job). I know the job goes back into callout, but am I supposed to call the office and let them know? I’ve looked through all the information my board provides and cannot seem to find a solid answer. Just don’t want to leave anyone hanging, as well as make a bad impression. 😣
