Tips on Researching Clinics?

I’m looking to get v-line surgery in Korea.

Anyone have any tips on how to research and decide on a clinic? Currently I’m just scrolling through the unni app and reddit.

And are factory clinics that bad? I found one whose results and reviews I like but apparently it’s a factory clinic.
