Does anyone have any recommendations for an apartment friendly treadmill?

My apartment gym is getting too busy so I am in the market for a treadmill- does anyone have any recommendations along these lines?

• very quiet, I live on a second floor apartment and I workout very early in the morning

Optional but preferred:

• has some incline. Usually I brisk walk for 30-45 minutes a day on 15% incline, but any incline is nice

-Has a handle bar

• under 300$
