Simple Kaffa & VWI inside Taipei airport

I'm passing through TPE next week and want to grab some bags from these two shops and any other that are worthwhile.

1. Which beans in their current rotation should I seek out most? I'll be traveling with an aeropress, keep that in mind.
2. Any other shops worth stopping by in the airport?
