FTM bottom surgery?

I’ve recently gotten top surgery and I’ve been researching about types of bottom surgeries. The problem is that after a lot of researching- most of the ones I find are VERY recent (like 6 weeks/1 month) and I’m wondering if there’s a website or anything that will show me bottom surgery progression? Or at least what bottom surgery looks like after at least a couple months? I’m sorry if I’m coming off as weird, I’m just really curious to know which kind of surgery is right for me!
